Leaving a conference, attendees are usually hard-pressed to remember just what they learned. Not so RILA conference goers, who, shortly after each conference’s conclusion, received a publication in which we synthesized the sessions and combined key presentations into trend-based articles, allowing them to share what they’d learned with colleagues and enticing them to return the following year.
